Arcade Coin Operated Machines
THUMBNAILDESCRIPTION
Fairchild amusement Junior Basketball. One of the best coin ops ever. The guns are made by PEO but I found an old ad that said it is a fairchild game. VERY rare and nice looking game. Combines gun, manaquins, basketball. Only two known.
1976 Pro Block a Shot by Brunswick. Really fun two player game made by a bowling ball company.
Aero ball. 1920's or 30's game. I think this is a basketball game and if you look close you will see soldier stadium in chicago. I do not own this game and understand this is the only known example.
1920's aeromatic play basketball game made by A.M. Emenhiser in Oklahoma. VERY nice looking game and probably the first basketball ever. Works on baffels of air. Only three of these beauties known by me.
Bally play basketball from late 1930's. Really great looking marquee.
An ad for the bally basketball game. Ads are great info for the history of your games (mine too).
1968 All American basketball game made by Chicago coin. This is a schuffel alley game that is a lot of fun to play.
1952 Genco Two Player Basketball. A copy of the chicago Coin basketball champ but a great one. The game is more fun to play than the bb champ because it's a two player game. The cabinet is not as nice but this is still a classic.
Another picture of this great game.
1947 Bally line a basket game. Real nice looking game, You paid a penny to flip 8 balls and if you got one in each slot you probably got a pay out from the local establishment. This game could also be a table top as the stand is optional.
1964 Midway Basketball. One of the early dome games and with a basketball theme. Fun for kids not so great if you are over12. Sega and another company made later versions of this game.
1961 Chicago coin Pro basketball game. A follow up to their basketball champ game 15 years before. This one did not go as well with the public and is not nearly as nice of game. This is still a nice addition to a collection.
Another shot the the CHAMP.
Hard to not look at this. 1947 Chicago Coin basketball champ. They made a hockey game a lot like this I year or two before called Goalee. I have a Goalee too just need to pick it up and restore it.
1976 Exidy Old Time Basketball. Exidy failed attempt to repro the classic chicago coin basketball champ. I guess only 1000 of these were made and not that many sold. They had to compete with videos and pinballs and lost. Nice try though.
1930's Scientific Machine Co. Basketball. I think there is another version of this game called field goal. In top condition a great looking game.
1952 Set Shot Basketball game. Made by Richmond Corp. This big game was redone by the Munves corp too. This really is a fun game. Very large!!
