Food Issues
THUMBNAILDESCRIPTION
Probably the rarest of Wheaties basketball cards. I know of two of these. Bob Kissler of Purdue is the player.
1951 Wheaties - George Miken - Real easy issue but still nice.
A very rare food card of Dick Schnitker. I hope there are more of these cards out there. Only know of one complete set. I just have one single. 7-UP Washington Capitols card.
1935 Wheaties basketball card of Babe Dietrickson! One of my favorite cards in my collection. Best women athlete ever anfd its not close. You take up golf in your 20's and win 17 straight tourney's!! Golf was not her best sport.
Bread for Health. A tough food issue. 32 basketball in this set and 4 basketball in the Bread for Energy set which is much more difficult. Need 10 to complete both sets. Please help.
1960 Post Bob Cousy. One of the basketball cards from the back of Post cereal in 1960. The other is Bob Petit.
Kahns made basketball cards for more years than anyone including Topps before 1970. The first 3 years (57-60) are difficult. From that point on you can find them. Kahns basketball cards are a good addition to any basketball collection.
1968 Partridge meats. One of the basketball cards from this multi-sport set. I need the other Adrian Smith.
1939 wheaties coaches tips. There are 8 basketball coaches tips and these are v
ry hard to find.
Carnation Milk - Phoenix Suns. The carnation milk company put "cards" on the backs of their milk carton from 1968 to 1976 and all of them are hard to find.
RC Cola - Bob McAdoo. The cans are out there the cards are very hard.
RC Cola smaller version of the same cards.
Scott's Potato Chips. I passed on the set that mastros sold for over 25000. Still don't have any good ones. One of the greatest sets ever.
Mikan Bread for Energy. The best bread label in the world(and the most valuable).
